Kuwaiti Students

• 2 recent photographs (4×6) of the student
• A photocopy of the student’s birth certificate and vaccination card
• A photocopy of the student's and parent's civil ID
• A photocopy of the father’s nationality certificate
• Transcripts or report card for the last 4 years from the previous school
• A Certificate of Good Conduct for each new student is needed from the previous school
• In case of divorce, please submit the custody certificate
• In case of a parents’ death, please submit the death certificate
• Based on the Ministry of Private Education’s Regulations, it is mandatory for the father to be present for his child/ren’s registration unless there are official court documents that state otherwise

Non-Kuwaiti Students

• 2 recent photographs (4×6) of the student.
• A photocopy of the student’s Birth Certificate and vaccination card
• A photocopy of the students and parents civil ID
• A photocopy of the Parent’s and Student’s Passport, including the residency page
• Transcripts or report card for the last 4 years from the previous school
• A Certificate of Good Conduct for each new student is needed from the previous school
• In case of divorce, please submit the custody certificate
• In case of one of a parents’ death, please submit the death certificate
• Based on the Ministry of Private Education’s Regulations, it is mandatory for the father to be present for his child/ren’s registration unless there are official court documents that state otherwise
