The school is not obliged to re-enroll students who miss the re-enrollment dates according to the Ministry of Private Education policies.
- All applicants must submit the required documents and complete the procedure set by the school
- An entrance exam will be scheduled
- When an applicant is accepted, the parents must visit the Registration Department and pay a non-refundable registration fee of KD 100/- along with a good conduct certificate from the previous school (if applicable)
- Parents must also submit a transfer certificate and a medical file for their child from the previous school clinic at the beginning of June of the current school year
- Parents must submit medical information about each child enrolled and clarify any medical condition(s) or previous serious medical history. The school reserves the right to cancel a student’s registration if this information is not submitted (without any liability on the school)
- Only the father has the right to register or withdraw his child from the school unless there is a divorce or death case (God forbid). In these cases, appropriate documents must be submitted (ex. Custody certificate and certificate of legal guardianship)
- Once the re-enrollment dates are announced by the school, parents are required to visit the Registration Department to complete the re-enrollment form and pay a KD 100/- re-enrollment fee; this will secure a spot for the child in the school for the upcoming year
- If parents do not want to re-enroll their child/ren they are required to visit the Registration Department in person to complete the procedure
- Accepted applicants must attend school within the first four days of the official start of the school year. Parents must inform the school in advance if their child/ren will be late for the beginning of the academic year. On the fifth day of absence without notification to the school, the child will be de-registered and their spot will be given to someone else
- In case of any changes in emergency contacts, home address, or phone numbers, parents must notify the Registration Department
- The school tuition fees can be increased according to the Ministry of Private Education decisions
