Dr. Al- Kharafi is an exemplary leader in the Kuwaiti community. His life journey and career spans decades of leadership positions in the education field, community development projects, and charity initiatives. He is the Chairman and member of many committees, projects and funds. He is also the Chairman of the Educational Subcommittee in the Supreme Consultation Committee for Completion of Implementation of the Provisions of Islamic Sharia. Dr. Al-Kharafi has authored more than twenty-five books and many scientific research papers.

Dr. Al-Ajmi as a distinguished Educator specialized in education for the gifted and Talented, with long experience in special needs and educational difficulties. Dr Al-Ajmi was the chair or member of educational committees in the Ministry of Education and Basic Education Faculty in the Public Authority for Applied Education including: Interviewing, Cultural, Program and Curriculum, and Scholarship committees.
